Helm/Tj C Mystics, Early life and Childhood.

Frank Laubach, known as the "Apostle of the illiterates" was born September 2nd, 1884 to an eclectic family. His father, a member of "The Disciples of Christ" and mother, a practicing Baptist, led him to be exposed to Religion and Religious teachings at a young age. Spending most of his childhood in churches, taking a keen interest in that of the Methodist church, which was located just across from his home in Boston, Pennsylvania. Not much is known about his earlier life activities beyond what is listed here, though it is said by some sources that Laubach had a knack for studying all forms of religious materials (Missio Nexus).

Gerald Gardener, born June 13th, 1884, is credited to be the man who had first invented the Neo-paganist movement known as Wicca. This accreditation comes from his book High Magics Aid, in which he described his come-to-fame. Known by some through his craft name "Scire", Gardner's early life is more known than that of Laubachs. Having been born to a wealthy upper-middle class family, which partially was due to "Joseph Gardner & Sons", a family-run business that extends to Gerald's Grandfather. This company is self-proclaimed to be "The oldest private company in the Timber trade" though no source has been able to confirm this as of yet. Gardener was never schooled at the usual institutions at the time, being homeschooled by his nursemaid, Com. Gardener's parents were never around, letting Com do most of the work, which led to Gardener having a deep relationship with her. Having had asthma, Gardener was unable to travel around as much as his parents could, instead having Com take him towards warmer climates, in hopes that his asthma wouldn't be as badly affected.

A big interest between these two lies not only that they were born within the same year, but also due to their very similar lifestyles. Having both come from a wealthy family, both ended up left to their own devices, and both ended up creating a form of "renaissance" within their regarded communities, Laubach creating a new movement for education and literacy, and Gardner creating their own branch of an ancient religion.

Though a few key differences lie in how they spent their lives, mostly within their parents. Laubach is said to have had a very loving, kind relationship with his parents. Gardener barely knew his parents, having been put off as essentially a nusience, not only by them, but also Com, of who was described as a "Serious Flirt" by Gardeners first Biographer, Jack Bracelin. A lot of Laubachs work during his life, focused on the Phillipines, engaging with them and more specifically, the Moro people. While Gardener, however, was found working all over the world, seeking inspiration, relations, and more from a large audience.
